1. Digital Product Purchases

All antivirus products sold on our platform are digital and can be downloaded directly after purchase. Once the product has been successfully downloaded and the license key has been activated, we are unable to issue a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If you purchased the wrong product and have not yet activated the license key.
• If there was a technical error during the purchase process that prevented you from receiving the product.
• If the product you purchased is not compatible with your device, as long as the license has not been activated.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be provided for any activated or redeemed license keys.
• Failure to use the product within the validity period does not qualify for a refund.
• Purchases made in error that are not reported within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@topshield.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Provide your order details, including your receipt or transaction ID.
3. Explain the reason for your refund request and include any relevant information.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
